Multifly’s connection with BGCT
BGCT was our learning center in the disability space, and we owe a lot to Sarbani Mallick, Founder-Director and Managing Trustee of BGCT. Her vision and leadership introduced us to the possibilities of inclusion and the dignity that adaptive clothing solutions can bring. Our first product, Freedom Pants for a young adult with sensory challenges was developed on a need expressed by a facilitator in Pragati. This product is now used by not just children and young adults with Autism, but also by children with Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida and Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
Today, Sarbani continues to inspire us as an advisor to Multifly, guiding our journey as we design adaptive clothing that enhances independence, dignity, and comfort for persons with disabilities. Our therapy tools like Weighted Vest, Body Sock, and Compression Vest are tested and approved by BGCT.
To BGCT and Sarbani, we owe not just our beginning—but our ongoing inspiration to build a more inclusive and empathetic world.
